What does Courtesy Copy actual do for its clients?

We at Courtesy Copy.com specialize in time sensitive deliveries of legal documents mainly on behalf of Attorneys and Pro Se litigants who must have documents delivered to a Judge or a courthouse.

Are deliveries made on weekends?

NO sorry. Courthouses are closed on weekends and holidays and so mare we.

Is there a deadline when you must receive documents to have them delivered on the same day?

Yes, if you are considering hiring us to perform a same day courtesy Copy deliver service we must have your documents before 11:00am.

Do you accept Courtesy Copy Documents by email and fax?

We only accept documents by email. We request you send us documents in a Pdf format. We do not have a facsimile machine and you shouldn’t either!

Do you charge for making copies?

Yes we do. The copy fee is .20 per page.

Do you offer binding and special collating services?

No, we only copy documents and place them into an envelop of box and properly address it.

How are Courtesy Copy Deliver Services Paid for?

We accept all major credits cards and also use PayPal

How late can be contact you to arrange the delivery of a courtesy copy?

Our office answers its telephone Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 6:30 pm Monday through Friday. We also monitor our email address seven days a week and answer questions and confirm services up to about 11:00 pm eastern standard time.

Can we set up an account with you so we can be billed for future requests?

Yes you can! After we complete your first prepaid request we will send your invoice marked paid in full. Attached to that invoice will be a second document. Said document will be a client sign up form for you to fill out. It’s a simple and easy form that will allow you to request future service requests and to be billed for them.
